We held our first RepRap Huxley Build Masterclass over the weekend of 13-16th April 2012 at the birthplace of RepRap, the University of Bath, with Jean-Marc, Adrian, Rhys, Pia and Sally on hand to offer advice and general knowledge of 3D printing (and the occasional cup of coffee) and Christine on hand for coordinating accommodation and providing an excellent spread of food throughout the weekend.
By the end of 18 hours build time we had two machines printing their first print.
From the feedback we have received so far would suggest that everyone enjoyed their weekend.
"Thanks, I don't think either of us will ever forget a superb weekend building a replicating robot."
"I had a great weekend, thoroughly enjoyed the master class, the company and the hospitality. A big thank you to everyone involved. And for anyone um'ing and ah'ing about going to a master class, the expertise, the rapid feedback and hand holding alone is enough to justify it."
Thank you to everyone who came a long and we hope that everyone finds their RepRapPro Huxley a great 3D printer.
Happy Printing!
We do still have limited spaces on our Masterclass taking place in May
